Connective tissue, membranes, and ligaments that shield, suspend, and anchor your internal organs can cause tension from the inside, creating referral pains that manifest on the exterior of the body. I found great value in how much the small and large intestines can create back/side/pelvic pain because the ligaments suspending them are tight or the connective tissue has adhered to another aspect of the body. I was surprised and satisfied with this training.
