Hey there! My name is Bernard Garrett Serota and I am a Massage Therapist, a duel Certified Cupping Therapist, and a Certified Reiki Master. I am also a Graston Technique Provider, and a trained practitioner of CranioSacral Therapy, SomatoEmotional Release Therapy, and TMJ Therapy. And recently, I have become a proud member of the Handle with Care Burn Scar therapy team, providing massage and bodywork for burn survivors. I love helping people by addressing and relieving issues that create chronic pain, muscular tension, range of motion limitations, circulatory issues, and igniting detoxification through varied massage and bodywork applications. I am a dedicated problem solver and am not intimidated by hard cases. I actually love getting those! I have been training in multiple workshops each year so that I may learn new therapy applications to better address complex and difficult issues, their root causes, and to approach them with dynamic techniques and solutions.   • Office Park Drive is located on Hwy 280 and is across from Office Park Circle (which most people are familiar with). If the buildings are in numbered 1 through 24… you’re on the wrong side. Office Park Drive’s buildings are all labeled in 3 digits and are 100, 200, and up.

  • Turn in between the two bank buildings, the Southern States Bank and the Smart Bank. (These used to be Regions and Wells Fargo Bank.)

  • Go straight up the hill…

  • You’ll pass building 300 at the top of the hill on your left and drive around the sharp curve.

  • Buildings 400 and 402 next on your left. They are ATTACHED and were built as the same structure, and later divided, likely just to confuse everyone.

  • Drive passed building 400 (on your left) and Building 402 is the next lower parking lot, and again... it’s the same building.

  • There’s a small green sign that says “The Parkwoods Building” and a big dark grey sign for Building 402. You are in the RIGHT PLACE.

  • On weekends and holidays, you will come in the right entrance with the stairs and long awning open. I will text you the entry code on the day of your appointment. All other doors will be locked.
